This church  is one of the main sights of St. Petersburg, Russia. It is also variously called the Cathedral of the Resurrection of Christ. It is a “must visit” if you ever visit St. Petersburg.

The Qolşärif Mosque which is  located in Kazan was reputed to be  the largest mosque in Russia( at the time of its construction)

The Vatican Museums are among the most important museums in the world. In the Vatican Museums, you may find the vast collections collected by the Roman Catholic Church throughout the centuries. The Spiral staircase is located in the Vatican Museums was designed by Giuseppe Momo in 1932.

Katskhi lies less than 10 km(6.3 miles) from a small mining city called Chiatura and it is a very special church. The unique church of Katskhi pillar sits on top of a rock formation which towers 130 ft high.

This is a Roman Catholic cathedral located in downtown Maringá, Paraná, Brazil, reaching 124m in height. Its construction was completed in 1972 and is the tallest church in South America and the 16th tallest in the world.

 

7.Church of the Assumption of Mary – Lake Bled – Slovenia

This church is located on an island above the surface of Lake Bled. This church is covered with trees all arond.One can come to the island by a special boat with a roof, called pletna. This boat, conducted by one rower with two oars, is known only in Bled. The other option is to rent your own boat.

8.Putra Mosque, Malaysia by Kukoq Nyoq

The Putra Mosque, or Masjid Putra is the principal mosque of Putrajaya, Malaysia. The construction of this mosque was completed in the year 1999. It is located next to the Malaysian Prime Minister’s office. In front of the mosque is a large square with flagpoles flying Malaysian states’ flags.
The mosque can accommodate 15,000 worshippers at any one time.
